Delete it yourself in the app or web game
- Sign in to the ChartFighter app or the web game (play.chartfighter.com).
- Tap Settings › Delete account.
- If you signed up with an email address, enter your password once more.
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in
Send an “Account deletion request” to admin@chartfighter.com from the email address you signed up with (for a social sign-in account, please also tell us which sign-in you used). After confirming that the request is yours, we will process it within 10 days and let you know the result.
What happens when you delete your account

| Email address, password, social connections, nickname, avatar | Destroyed after 30 days (if you come back with the same account within that time, it can be restored) |
| Match records and Hall of Fame records | Kept in anonymized form so that no one can tell whose they were (to preserve opponents’ match histories). The Hall of Fame shows “(deleted user)” |
| Game money, items, tier | Deleted and cannot be returned |
| Purchase and payment records | Stored separately for 5 years as required by law, then destroyed |
| Access records (IP addresses) | Kept for 3 months, then destroyed |
If you want to delete only some of your information without deleting your account, please let us know at admin@chartfighter.com.
