Terms of Service

The conditions and procedures for using ChartFighter, provided by GANGCO STUDIO.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the ChartFighter app, web game and website (the “Service”) provided by GANGCO STUDIO (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Nature of the Service)

  1. The Service is a game in which players compete using virtual game money on past charts from real markets.
  2. Game money and items are virtual and can be used only within the Service. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, or transferred to other users.
  3. The charts, indicators and learning materials in the Service are for education and entertainment and are not investment solicitation or investment advice. You are responsible for your own real investment decisions and their results.

Article 3 (Posting and amendment of the Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the website and in the app. When the Terms change, we will give notice 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days before for unfavorable changes). If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may delete your account.

Article 4 (Sign-up and accounts)

  1. If you are at least 14 years old (at least 16 if you use the Service in Vietnamese), you can sign up with an email address or a social account. You can also try the Service without signing up; trial accounts are cleaned up after 30 days.
  2. You must keep your account secure and may not lend or sell it to anyone else.
  3. If a nickname infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive, the Company may ask you to change it or change it itself.

Article 5 (Paid items)

  1. Some items (weapon bundles, markers, bankruptcy recovery cards, etc.) can be bought only in the app, through Google Play or App Store payments. They cannot be bought in the web game.
  2. Payments and refunds follow each store’s policies and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea. You may request withdrawal of a purchase for an unused item within 7 days of purchase. However, withdrawal may be limited for items that have already been used or take effect immediately (such as using a bankruptcy recovery card or using weapons unlocked by a bundle), if this was stated on the purchase screen.
  3. If you were charged incorrectly or did not receive an item, please let us know at admin@chartfighter.com.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

You must not:

  1. use the Service with automated programs, macros or modified apps;
  2. profit from errors in the Service or spread them;
  3. use another person’s account, or trade game money, items or accounts for cash;
  4. send excessive requests to the servers or attempt to breach security;
  5. harass other users or use offensive nicknames.

If you violate these rules, the Company may restrict or terminate your use of the Service after notifying you (or, in urgent cases, notifying you afterwards).

Article 7 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)

The Company may change game rules, items, countries and so on, and will announce important changes in advance. The Service may be paused temporarily for maintenance, outages or force majeure. If the Service is discontinued, we will give 30 days’ notice and handle remaining paid items in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 8 (Game data)

Match results, rankings and game money are determined by the server’s records. The Company may correct game money or rankings that result from errors.

Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

The Company is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, by the user’s own fault, or by outages of third parties such as app stores or social sign-in providers, except for damage caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence. The Company is not responsible for gains or losses from using the Service’s charts, indicators or explanations for real investments.

Article 10 (Account deletion)

You may delete your account at any time under Settings › Delete account. What happens after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy and Account deletion pages.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
